The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, with a primary focus on the
Dietary Supplements category
, by developing new customers, strengthening key accounts, and expanding market presence. This position plays a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening long- term business relationships, focuses on developing and managing sales in MT pharmacy chains and build strong partnerships with distributors.
Market Development & Sales Growth
• Monitor periodic sales results and implement timely corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and execute business plans for the product category aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Develop and manage distributors supplying to TT pharmacy and beauty shop channels.
• Identify, target, and sign contracts with new partners across Wholesaler, Retail/Detail, and MT (Supermarkets/Convenience Stores) systems.
Key Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major distributors and strategic partners within the FMCG/Supplement industry.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts within authorized budget guidelines.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement and rapid problem resolution.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Collect and analyze market data, including competitor activity, product consumption trends, and price fluctuations.
• Propose sales strategies to expand market share in MT and TT channels
Operational Coordination
• Work closely with Logistic, Regulatory Affairs and Accountant departments to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and logistics.
• Forecast product demand and develop contingency plans to minimize stock- outs.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Proposed Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Attractive salary, 13th month salary.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG / Dietary Supplements, with a strong background in Traditional Trade (TT) sales. Proven experience working with MT pharmacy chains and distributors serving TT pharmacy and beauty shop channels.
Skills: Proficient in English and MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Attitude: Challenge- oriented with a passion for the healthcare and clean food industry.
Experience in a Japanese company and E- commerce is preferred.
Personality: Structured, consistent, and reliable.
