• Achieve FCL/ LCL volume and revenue targets through new business
acquisition and existing account growth.
• Develop and execute territory or trade- lane focused sales strategies in line with

Yêu cầu công việc
5- 7+ years of experience in FCL/ LCL freight sales or related ocean freight
roles (sales or product/freight forwarding).
• Strong understanding of FCL/ LCL trade lanes, especially Asia
utbound/inbound.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in securing mid- to large- scale accounts.
• Experience working with overseas agents and understanding of consolidation
hubs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
