Identify and secure new corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining key accounts, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for the resort.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team, based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Handle client inquiries, negotiate rates, and finalize contracts within the company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel agents, and business partners.
Represent the resort at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
Yêu cầu công việc
Willing to travel occasionally to Da Nang – Hue – Lang Co area for business purposes.
Strong network with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients in the South Vietnam market.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of another language is an advantage.
Self- driven, results- oriented, and able to work independently.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales within the hospitality industry (resort/hotel).
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
