Sales Manager (Modern Trade Channel)

Conduct market and competitor analysis; identify consumer trends and propose actionable business solutions.
Negotiate contracts, trading terms, and promotional programs with Buyers.
Supervise accounts receivable, resolve customer issues, and maintain service quality standards.
Manage and grow the MT customer portfolio, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail chains.
Recruit, train, and develop the MT sales team to strengthen capability and performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue and profit objectives.
Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to execute sales campaigns, activations, in- store displays, and sampling activities.
Monitor sales results, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for the Sales Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields.
Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision- making skills.
Highly proactive, result- driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English communication is an advantage.
Proven leadership, training, and team management experience.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Modern Trade management within the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of MT distribution systems and established relationships with Buyers.
