SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
In conjunction with the COO, prepare the sales and profit budgets as required on due dates.
To provide a sales checklist to each staff member reporting to you so as to ensure they have clear objectives when visiting the customer. To support and to ensure your sales personnel develop good relationships with the relevant personnel at each account allocated to them
To provide monthly sales figures/reports on the agreed format and make relevant comment when necessary.
To ensure correct selling prices are quoted according to required budget Raw Material Profit margin must be maintained at least. Implement price increases as necessary to maintain agreed levels of profitability. All prices must be kept up to date.
To be responsible for monitoring the collection of overdue and due debts according to the company&039;s credit control policy.
To provide effective sales support to Product Managers/Branch Managers and Sales Staffs in order to meet sales targets and Raw Material Profit margins. For each visit to customers, a copy of the relevant visit report is issued to the COO.
From the list of accounts for which you are to service personally, ensure adequate written record is kept of important visits and to feedback to the COO the details of such visits on a regular basis. Also discuss with the COO any deals made with a particular customer that is outside company terms or profit margins.
To recommend products which should be in the “List of Approved Stock Items”, and to set the agreed monthly sales figure.
To maintain and improve customer relationships by providing customer entertainment services. When the cost of certain intended entertainment services exceed the agreed level, approval from the COO is required.
To regularly review with the customer all aspects of delivery, service & product quality so that the service requirements can be constantly met and improved.
Be sufficiently proactive by providing timely alternative strategies to the COO for improving the sales volume and Raw Material Profit margin when monthly sales figures begin to drop below budget figures.
MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends and competitor activities. It’s necessary to be present and closely monitor the market to gather accurate competitive activities and market intelligence. Report such information on the agreed format to assist the COO to determine priorities. It is imperative that the information is regularly checked for accuracy and maintained.
Ensure appropriate advertising material, sales support and promotional literature are made available when required. Where necessary prepare and make presentations to customers to better explain your deal.
Plan and implement marketing strategies to support sales objectives
Coordinate product launches, events, seminars and promotional activities

Education : Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in management position or team lead role.
Good Interpersonal Skills, Strong Leadership and Team Management, Communication Skills
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Sales & Marketing Expertise, Negotiation and Problem solving skills
