- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, travel, and event clients
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to maximize hotel profitability
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives
- Ensure all sales activities align with hotel brand standards and objectives
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong interpersonal and relationship- building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Analytical skills to monitor sales performance and trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in hotels, resorts, or F&B
- Willingness to travel and attend events as required
- Knowledge of the hospitality market and corporate clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor
