Sales Manager - Restaurant in Da Nang City

Research and identify major prospects and formulate sales action plan to convert them into clients
Conducting a minimum of 20 physical sales calls per week
Service existing accounts and maximise their business for other services
Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts in the assigned geographic/business market with the objective of exceeding the budgeted room revenue
Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by the DOSM
Constantly monitor and report on competitor activities including promotions, special rates and events
Meet and entertain supportive and potential clients in order to maintain or develop a mutually beneficial business relationship
Adopt a clear and strategic that drives up spend per head, while keeping operational costs to a minimum
Conduct telesales activity as directed
Maintain regular contact with all clients and report and adverse comments to management for rectification
Keep our marketing database up- to- date with detailed profiles of corporate accounts

Proven experience in sales, preferably in 5- star settings;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Vietnamese and English, outstanding persuasion skills, critical thinking and customer service;
Strong organizational skills; time management; self- motivated and result- oriented.
Good knowledge in food & beverage industry
Good command of computer skills (MS Office);
Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing or related fields;

Salary negotiable.
