Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager- Sales is responsible for overall business and operational activities in the designated country. He/She will lead the designated teams with a mid- to- long- term strategic perspective to drive and achieve the agreed sales targets and profit objectives so that the organization can grow and can reach the desired market position as defined by the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing, Recruiting, Coaching and Performance monitoring of local team.
Build and maintain good relationships with distributors and existing/potential customers through networking for information on business opportunities, collaboration and branding of the company to enhance the brand value and market positioning.
Develop a strategic long- term, mid- term, and annual business plan to achieve sales and profit targets, and drive the team to achieve them.
Provide leadership on matters pertaining to key business and operational decisions to direct reports, ensuring issues are effectively resolved and to ensure smooth running of the overall operations.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Achieving growth and hitting sales turnover as per budgets, gross- profit targets, and reduce AR.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Manage annual sales promotions and special sales campaigns for the responsible area in coordination across internal departments and external partners.
