Promote group events such as weddings, team- building retreats, yoga and wellness retreats, private group stays, and celebrations
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and reservation procedures
Builds and maintains relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive bookings
Analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and pricing strategies
Strengthen direct customer relationships through tailored incentive programs
Handle group bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations with attention to detail
Leads the sales team, sets performance targets, and provides training to enhance team effectiveness
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to implement promotions and packages
Resolve guest complaints or booking issues promptly and professionally
Oversees sales strategy and revenue growth for a low- density eco- resort, targeting domestic and international markets
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reservations or front office management
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Excellent communication and problem- solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications

Service charge from 1,000,000 VND/month
13th, 14th month salary

24 workdays per month (if based in Phu Quoc) or 2 days off per week (if based in HCMC)
10% monthly bonus on revenue and performance
