Sales Manager

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets and expand market share.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage contract signing, order fulfillment, delivery, after- sales support, and payment collection.
Manage B2B & B2C sales channels, including distributors, dealers, fleet customers, and retail partners.
Support dealers through sales incentive programs, promotions, and market activation activities to improve sell- in and sell- out performance.
Oversee cash flow management, credit control, and receivable collection for dealers and distributors across both regions.
Lead Key Account management, focusing on long- term partnerships, repeat business, and customer loyalty.
Manage and coach the regional sales team; assign targets, monitor KPIs, and improve team performance.
Conduct regular market research on competitors, pricing trends, and customer demand in the Vietnam tire market.
Build and expand the dealer and distributor network in both regions; onboard new dealers while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong negotiation skills, KA management experience, and ability to drive long- cycle project sales.
Experience in automotive industry or tire industry is strongly preferred.
Must have B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet/Logistics/transportation business models.
Tire industry background is a significant advantage.

solutions.
Language: No strict requirement; English is a plus.
Travel: Able to travel across Southern Vietnam as required.
