• Identify market trends and monitor competitor activities (promotions, rates, events) to provide strategic recommendations and monthly performance reports to the Director of Sales.
• Oversee new business development and account management: from prospecting, presentations, and contract negotiations to maintaining long- term relationships for repeat business.
• Ensure all client inquiries are responded to professionally within 24 hours to maximize conversion and service excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners and other departments to ensure efficient operations, maximize cross- selling, and keep the customer database up- to- date.
• Develop and execute strategic sales action plans to achieve revenue targets for assigned segments, including domestic and overseas sales trips as part of the S&M plan.
• Handle issues related to assigned accounts or manage any other matters as directed by the Director of Sales.
• Represent the organization at community functions and networking events to promote brand presence; personalize proposals to meet specific customer specifications.
• Conduct active sales activities: minimum 18 sales calls and 4 entertainment appointments/introductions per week; perform telesales and site inspections as directed.
• Coordinate with DOS/VP to investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively; ensure timely follow- up to maintain long- term client loyalty.
• Maintain availability during weekends and public holidays to handle urgent inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Partner with the Director of Sales to implement strategic goals, policies, and operating procedures; proactively communicate expectations and uphold service standards across the team.
