Sales & Marketing Executive/Specialist (Customer Experience)

Job Description
Customer Experience & Events
- Plan and run in- store events to attract customers.
- Create warm, memorable experiences that connect moms to the brand and encourage repeat visits.
- Collect feedback and measure the effectiveness of each activity (traffic, sales, customer satisfaction) and suggest improvements.
- Support customer activities in major campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Merchandise & Gift Development
- Inspire creative merchandise ideas across teams that also contribute to increasing sales.
- Measure the effectiveness of products and promotions (sales performance, customer feedback, engagement).
- Work with the purchasing team from concept to finished product.
- Develop gifts, merchandise, blind boxes, and limited items for promotions and loyalty programs.
POSM & In- store Experience
- Track and measure the effectiveness of POSM and in- store experiences (traffic, dwell time, interaction levels).
- Collaborate with Marketing & Ops to create experience- driven POSM that attracts customers.
- Participate in store upgrade and projects new display concepts to enhance the shopping experience.
Job Requirements
- Experience in retail, FMCG
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills.
- Hands- on experience with POSM, activations, or merchandise development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the mom & baby segment.
- Aesthetic sense and ability to turn ideas into real experiences.
- 1- 2 years of experience in Retail/Trade Marketing, Events, or Customer Experience (CX).
