Sales & Marketing Manager - Da Nang based

You will be responsible for establishing and managing the Da Nang office, promoting the container shipping line principals across Central Vietnam. The role focuses on developing international container services from/to Da Nang, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth coordination with the Ho Chi Minh office and our partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research (freight rates, volumes, competitors, port conditions) and provide insights to management.
• Coordinate daily with HCMC teams on sales, operations, documentation, equipment, and finance.
• Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Manage booking forecasts to maximize slot usage and minimize cargo rollovers.
• Develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with clients trading with China and Japan.
