Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion for our company travel services. This role combines sales leadership and marketing execution, driving both B2B partnerships and B2C customer acquisition in the Vietnam and international travel markets.
Job Summary
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager (Hotels & Travel Services)
Location: Vietnam (Hue City)
Reports to: Director
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead and manage B2B sales channels:
Property partners
Negotiate contracts and close high- value deals
Others
Travel agencies
Tour operators
Identify new market opportunities (domestic & international)
Corporate clients
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies:
Oversee content, campaigns, and promotional activities
Build and strengthen brand positioning in the travel market
Offline marketing (events, roadshows, partnerships)
Digital marketing (social media, SEO, SEM, ads)
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and manage Sales and Marketing teams
Set KPIs, targets, and performance plans
Train, coach, and develop team members
Foster a high- performance, results- driven culture
Digital & Performance Marketing
Oversee all digital channels:
Website, SEO, and content marketing
Paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok)
Email marketing and CRM campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
Drive online bookings and lead generation
Partnerships & Business Development
Build strategic partnerships with:
Hotels, resorts, airlines and other B2B service providers
Expand distribution channels and collaborations
Influencers / KOLs
Tourism boards and organizations
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Analyze industry trends in Vietnam tourism
Monitor competitors’ pricing, products, and campaigns
Identify customer insights to refine strategy
Budgeting & Reporting
Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively
Track performance metrics and KPIs:
Revenue growth
Report directly to senior management
Lead generation & conversion rates
Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
ROI on campaigns

Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field
4–7+ years of experience in:
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Travel agency / tour operator / hotel industry
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of Vietnam tourism market
Strategic thinking with data- driven decision- making
Proven track record in sales growth and marketing success
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Expertise in digital marketing and performance marketing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Language Requirements
Strong English communication skills
Fluent in Vietnamese (required)
Additional languages (Chinese, Korean, etc.) are a plus
