Sales & Marketing Supervisor (MT channel)

Other tasks under assignments of Sales & Marketing Manager
Supervise communications with customers
Monitor current market condition and competitor information
Supervise and negotiate the trading terms with Modern Trade systems
Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual own- channel budget
Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program with Modern Trade channel
Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage in Modern Trade channel
Drive the sales and achieve targets
Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs
Supervise sales in Modern Trade channels

Education:​ Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Age: From 26 years old
Experience:

Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing in FMCG or related industry and 2 years in supervisor position.
Have experience about working with supermarkets, convenient store

Soft skills:

Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, etc.
Good English skills.

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday
Working Location:
Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
(1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
