RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and grow existing customers.
• Open new accounts and grow distribution network as well sales volume
• Private customers: build and develop private customers for premium products segment
• Maintains relationships with customers.
• Deliver a unique customer experience while engaging and providing them a timely service.
• Achieve revenue target for customers allocated and prospects
• Take orders directly and execute promotion plan (events, diner, tasting, happy hours…) in line with the company requirements.
• Manage sales forecast for allocated customers + prospect.
• Maintain working relationship with key stakeholders, e.g., Regional Sales team, traditional trade (wholesale team), Marketing team, Customer service team, accounting team and Brand Principles.
• Make and keep updated internal reports (Universe, sales volumes, deals tracking, customers’ issue, contracts, etc.)
• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested (e.g., performance tracking of promotions/ deals, sales, routing, activities).
• Ad hoc required from management.
• Directly apply the company sales policy in terms of pricing and promotion,
• Introduce new products, convince customers, and follow up till getting the results.
• Survey, and update information about competitors and customers’ opinions.
PERSONAL SPECS
• Enthusiast, passionate, creative, willing to learn and like challanging;
• At least 1 year of exeprience as Sales Executive on the ON Trade market for wine/spirits/ FMCG industry.
• Good communication and negotiation with customers
• Positive attitude with customers;
• Excellent relationship and networking skills
• Flexible working time, be able to visit outlets at night, and travel when required.
• Excellent communication skills in English in both writing and speaking
• Graduate university.
• Dynamic, self- motivated leader with proven sales achievement record
• Good planning, team management skills.
