We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support MAP BU’s sales effectiveness by managing sales processes, data analysis, forecasting, and CRM systems to ensure sales execution aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and improve sales processes for the Sales team.
Analyze sales data to build sales forecasts, plans, and target allocation.
Manage and optimize CRM systems to maximize sales opportunities and customer relationships.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to achieve sales targets.
Develop sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
Support identification of target customers and new sales opportunities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good English communication skills.
2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Basic understanding of sales forecasting and financial reports (P&L).
Experience with CRM systems and Excel/BI tools is an advantage.
Experience working in technology, software, data, or digital- related companies is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
