Mô tả công việc
Contribute to the development of analytics to evaluate business performance, employee productivity as well as business managers in the Traditional Sales Division
Perform other assigned tasks as directed by superiors when they arise
Develop and propose to improve processes, products, the content of partner sanctions documents in order to direct the partner team to comply with the purposes of SHBFinance&039;s plan, in addition to control and prevent partners from having illegal acts
Deploy, supervise, periodically review the work performance, evaluate the level of striving to perform the tasks of each staff member and propose measures to improve work efficiency
Construct and manage the reporting system of the trading block, contributing to building analyses in order to judge business efficiency, employee&039;s productivity and also the business managers belonging to the trading block
Collaboration with the Manager in building in rating the Business Plan, Staffing Plan of the Trading Block (Month/ Quarter/ Year), building the KPI set of indicators and staff rating features
Build a developing plan according to the assigned business channels, boost and deploy teamwork plans related to the plan and ultimate goal of the assgined business channel so as to achieved the given targets

Knowledge, Experience
Qualification Bachelor or above
Competencies and professional skill
Language: Basic english communication or Toeic 255 or equivalent degree
Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar or departmental position
Understanding the company&039;s products, services, and policies: Having knowledge in Banking, Finance and Consumer Credit, understanding business model, Experience in Business Analysis, Financed
Competencies and professional skills
Anakysis and quantitative abilities
Reporting establishment, data managing abilities
Skills in building and adjusting policies
Strategy plan abilities
Logical thinking ability
