Sales Data Analysis & Systemization
• Collect and analyze sales performance data (monthly/quarterly/annual) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards or reports to support decision- making using MS Excel, PowerPoint, or relevant BI tools.
• Propose data- driven initiatives to improve sales efficiency.
Sales Planning & Progress Monitoring
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Production, etc.) to prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans.
• Monitor actual performance vs. plan, highlight deviations, and suggest corrective actions.
• Support forecast accuracy improvement
Sales Program/Policy Coordination
• Assist in the development and rollout of sales campaigns, pricing schemes, and dealer incentive programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and dealer networks to ensure effective execution of sales and promotion plans.
Administrative Support
• Manage internal communication: prepare meeting minutes, arrange schedules, organize documentation.
• Support logistics for domestic business trips and internal/external meetings.
