Headquartered in Guang- zhou, China, CHAOYU EXPO operates over 10 service branches across major cities including Shenzhen, Shang- hai, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Ningbo, and Dongguan, Globally, CHAOYU EXPO maintains locally managed subsidiaries in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Russia.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline (minimum 3x target coverage) of target exhibitors in key sectors (e.g., Baby Products & Toys) through proactive outbound outreach (including but not limited to calls, emails, LinkedIn) and effective communication.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership, resilience, and accountability in a target- driven environment where consistent performance is expected.
- Handle exhibitor inquiries and provide timely support on logistics, documentation, and participation- related matters.
- Achieve individual booth sales targets for international exhibitions by identifying, approaching, and converting exhibitors in assigned industries.
- Resolve issues during the exhibition process (e.g., booth adjustments, material loss) to ensure a smooth exhibitor experience.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain strong relationships with exhibitors to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business, upselling and referrals.
- Manage the end- to- end exhibition process, including exhibitor onboarding, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and analyze sales performance (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, sales cycle) and continuously improve sales productivity and closing effectiveness.

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem- solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, able to independently prepare and manage sales reports.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development; experience in exhibition or event sales is preferred.
- Competencies:
. Ability to work under pressure in a performance- driven, oriented environment.
. Proactive, responsible, and results- driven with strong sales ownership mindset.
. Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and high- frequency client engagement.
- Language: Strong English reading and writing skills; capable of handling contracts and documentation in English.
