Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result- driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you are energetic, customer- focused, and eager to earn high income through performance, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Monitor market trends and competitors.
Actively seek new business opportunities through field sales and telesales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and expand sales channels (retail, distributors, partners).
Analyze sales performance and propose improvement actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
At least 1–2 years of sales experience (FMCG, retail, telesales, etc.).
Sales- driven mindset, proactive and responsible.
Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
Existing relationships with pharmacies or drugstore networks is a plus.
High school diploma or above.

Base salary: 7,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month.

■ Working Hour : 8:00- 17:00 ■ Holiday :
- National Holidays.
- Saturday afternoon – Sunday
