Job Purpose: Drive new business acquisition and grow revenue through B2B sales of workwear, industrial uniform, and textile service solutions. The role focuses on manufacturing, industrial parks, logistics, and hygiene- critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and close new B2B customers in assigned territories (Bien Hoa & HCMC).
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; meet and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive commercial strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and solution presentations.
• Promote rental- based workwear and textile service solutions to industrial clients.
