Sales Representative (QC Service)

- Collaborate with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure services are deliverable and meet client expectations.
- Be accountable for handling end- to- end sales cycle from pre- sales to post- sales processes including customer visits, presentation, tender, quotation, proposal, delivery and invoicing in a timely manner
- Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities
- Align sales activities with the company’s global strategy, focusing on high- potential industries and regions.
- Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance of the responsible market
- Assist with ad hoc project when assigned
- Actively and independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales data, pipeline status, and client communications using the company&039;s CRM system
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Prepare sales analysis and reporting
Yêu cầu công việc
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects
- Experience in selling technical services within the Inspection, Testing, Certification (TIC) industry, or directly to global Supply Chain/Quality/Sourcing departments is preferred
- Strong track record of success in B2B sales, successfully closing big deal size. Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
- Should be sales- driven, independent, mature and value integrity
- Ambitious to work in a fast- growing environment with the opportunity to take managerial role.
- Experience in managing a team is preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must. Mandarin Chinese as second/additional language is preferable.
- Bachelor degree holder. Major in business administration, marketing, international trade or a relevant technical field is preferred
- 1- 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or Import/export, sourcing, trading or supply chain activities.
- Able to work schedules that align with target market
