Sales Representative/ Shop Salesperson - Fine Wines (English CV Required) - Retail Shop HCMC

The role:
Wine Shop Salesperson shall be in charge for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and new clients, identifying sales opportunities and increasing them, optimizing the brand recognition and image of Enoteca.
- Reporting line: Store Manager/ Assistant Manager
- Working hour: 48 hours per week in shifts; shifts shall be defined in the interview.
- work location: Enoteca shop located in Takashimaya (Sai Gon Ward, HCMC)
Responsibilities
- Monitor reservations and daily walk- in visitors
- Execution of onsite events in coordination with Wine Shop Manager
- Track and manage the shop organization and tidiness following the store’s policies and
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle daily reports following the store’s policies and operation standard procedures
- Pack shipments, organize delivery, and ensure accurate records on orders
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our wines to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Track inventory of wine, retail items, and general supplies
- Ensure wine shop cleanliness and organize maintenance of the facility
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.

Technical and soft skills
Essential
- Passion for sales, people, eventually and ideally wine.
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently, manage stairs easily, and work on feet
- Flexible schedule, ability to work in peak times
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Desirable
- Wine education and qualification
Experience
- At least 1 year of work experience on sales in wine industry, or
- At least 2 years of work experience on sales representative at high- end bars, restaurants, preferably in high end retail/hospitality
