Sales Representative (Testing Service)

- Assist with ad hoc project when assigned.
- Work closely with technical lab managers and technicians to understand client needs and design customized testing programs (e.g., product compliance, material verification, regulatory testing).
- Prepare sales analysis and reporting.
- Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities.
- Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance of the responsible market.
- Be accountable for handling end- to- end sales cycle from pre- sales to post- sales processes including customer visits, presentation, tender, quotation, proposal, delivery and invoicing in a timely manner.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Actively and independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure.
- Ensure all client and prospect information, activities, and communication notes are accurately recorded in the company&039;s CRM system
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good in English or Mandarin Chinese language is a plus.
- High energy, curiosity, and a demonstrated desire to pursue a career in technical sales.
- 1- 3 years’ experience, ideally within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, or working in manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor degree holder. Major in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
- Ambitious to work in a fast- growing environment with the opportunity to take managerial role.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
- Able to work schedules that align with target market.
