JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work directly with school boards, principals, and teachers to implement Unilearn learning programs within schools.
Develop and expand the market for the Unilearn learning application in secondary and high schools (Grades 6–12).
Organize and coordinate product introduction activities at schools, including:
Career orientation talkshows
Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at increasing app downloads and active users.
Monitor sales performance, report business results, and propose strategies to expand market reach.
Provide consultation and ongoing support to schools and students during the implementation and usage of the platform.
Skills development workshops
App trial and student experience programs
KEY SUCCESS METRICS:
B2C User Growth Metrics
Number of app downloads and active student users.
Student satisfaction and referral rate.
Conversion rate from consultation → app download → active usage.
Monthly revenue generated from course enrollment or premium features.
Monitor sales performance, report business results, and propose strategies to expand market reach.
Number of qualified leads consulted monthly.
B2B School Partnership Metrics
Number of new secondary and high school partnerships established.
Student satisfaction and referral rate.
Number of workshops, talkshows, and product introduction events organized at schools.
Number of students onboarded through school partnerships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to organize workshops, school events, or product introduction activities.
Experience working with schools, students, or education- related products is a strong advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or education consulting.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship- building skills.
Proactive, results- oriented, and passionate about education technology.

Minimum 14 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation
