Sales Strategy & Market Analysis
Conduct in- depth market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Dealer Network Management
Identify, recruit, develop, and manage an effective dealer/distributor network.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers to expand market coverage and brand presence.
Performance Management & Reporting
Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for management and executive review.
Monitor sales performance and key metrics.
General Sales Support
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales activities and customer requirements.
Provide comprehensive support across sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Major
Engineering, Architecture, or other related fields
Experience
Experience in related industry or sales roles
Skills & Competencies
Good command of English, both written and verbal communication
Strong knowledge and hands- on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Language Requirement
English: Intermediate level or above
