The Sales Specialist (Export) is primarily responsible for building and developing relationships with international clients and executing the entire export sales process, from contract negotiation to completing delivery and payment. This role requires a deep understanding of the global market, the ability to analyze data, and to propose business development strategies. The position requires communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with related departments to drive sales and market expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure customer payments are made according to contract terms, and coordinate to resolve any outstanding debt issues.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely and high- quality deliveries.
Monitor the international market, collecting and analyzing information on pricing, demand, and competitors.
Propose solutions and strategies to develop sales and expand export markets.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Search, develop, and maintain relationships with international clients in the rice industry.
Execute the entire export sales process (quotation, contract negotiation, order tracking, documentation, and delivery).
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in English.
Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the agricultural or rice industry is preferred.
In- depth knowledge of the rice market and sales management tools.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
Knowledge of import- export procedures, Incoterms, L/C, T/T, and export documents.
