- Drawing up contracts; track and revoke hosting contracts.
- Responsible for tracking inventory, coordinating with Sales Admin to urge customers to receive inventory. Deliver out the old sample inventory before moving on to the new one.
- Perform tasks required by superiors.
- Developed existing clients and new sales channels
- Manage sales plans to achieve goals
- Develop and track templates with customers
- Order reception & execution.
- Conducted sales activities for retail stores in Vietnam
- Arranged logistics and managed delivery schedules
- Resolve and respond to complaints and information requested by customers; Assess customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- Implement & store documents in accordance with ISO, BRC procedures.
- Send a price request (ER), make a quote & track price feedback from customers.
- Current customer care; find and tap new customers.
- Track and collect debts.
- Propose materials based on Forecast & customer orders.

- Work experience at a Japanese company
- Having experience in marketing and product development
- English: Intermediate level
- Having at least 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry
- Japanese: N2 Basic level
- Having experience working in a paper company
