Sales Staff/Nhân viên Kinh Doanh

PURPOSE/ MỤC TIÊU
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing effective logistics solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high- quality service delivery and improved business performance.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and handle customer issues within scope.
- Find and develop new customers through available data or various sources.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HoD.
- Consult clients on logistics services: international Sea/Air freight, forwarding, domestic & international transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Propose ideas to improve service quality and business efficiency.
- Prepare service proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
REPORTING AND SCOPE / PHẠM VI BÁO CÁO VÀ CÔNG VIỆC
- Report directly to Head of Sales

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/ KĨ NĂNG VÀ KINH NGHIỆM
- Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Experienced candidates are preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome as the company is willing to provide training to those with a positive learning attitude.
- College diploma or higher in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email communication).
- Proactive in problem- solving and responsive to customer inquiries.
- Willing to learn and understand the company’s products and internal processes.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, positivity, and eagerness to learn.
- Detail- oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to adapt to a fast- paced working environment.
