Sales Supervisor (B2B/Horeca)

Identify, approach, and develop new corporate clients (Corporate, Hotel, Restaurant, Gifted...)
Conduct sales presentations, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and manage the full sales cycle.Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plans, forecast sales volume, and report performance to the line manager.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure long- term cooperation and steady revenue.
Manage account receivables to ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy debt levels
Yêu cầu công việc
English proficiency is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Solid planning, data analysis, and reporting capabilities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Self- motivated, able to work under pressure and achieve targets.
2–5+ years of B2B / corporate sales experience.
