Sales Supervisor (Chinese & English)

Networking:
- External: To maintain relationship and get inquiries or market information in timely manner with related parties such as Authorities, Agencies, Consulting firms, Banks, Contractors…
- Internal: Work with departments, collect documents, information on construction progress, project status as required to answer customers.
Sales Promotion: Organizing or joining the events organized by business associations, agents, Government (FIA/MPI, Economic Zone Authority, IPA, Associations, Chamber of commerce etc), domestically or abroad.
Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
Handling bad debt with tenants to collect payment/debts.
Sales Deals: Carry out transactions, negotiate with customers according to approved sales policies and strategies in each period.
Licensing: Support investors and guide consultants properly so that applicants can get IRC/ERC smoothly in timely manner.
Regularly update, promptly report to the Sales Manager on the status of the client being negotiated.

Working Time: 8:00- 16:30, Mon- Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department)

- Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, economics, foreign languages or other relevant majors.
Language
: Good at English and Chinese.
- Priority: Have another foreign language (Japanese, Korean), relationship management (especially with local authority), customer service, event organization.
- Skills: Good sales, presentation, communication, Microsoft Office.
- Experience: over 3 years (in any industry, prefer sales). Willing to go for business trips in Vietnam and foreign countries.
