- Monitor sales pipelines and ensure follow- up with potential clients
- Ensure all sales activities comply with hotel standards and policies
- Coach and guide sales team members to improve performance
- Supervise daily sales activities and support the Sales Manager in achieving targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate, event, and travel clients
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales results
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations
Yêu cầu công việc
- Knowledge of the hospitality market and corporate client base
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills to monitor sales performance and market trends
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer- focused attitude
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to motivate and lead a small team effectively
- Prior experience supervising or coaching a sales team is preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in hotels, resorts, or F&B
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or events
