Set individual and team sales targets and track performance.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives, revenue, and market share goals.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives.
Client relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with operations and customer service teams.
Market analysis and reporting:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
Collaboration and promotion:
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Skills and qualifications
Strong understanding of domestic and international freight forwarding, including ocean and air freight.
Proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry (3- 5 years of experience).
Demonstrated experience in sales management or team leadership.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
