We are looking for a Sales Supervisor specializing in breaded seafood products. This role focuses on maintaining existing customers while proactively identifying new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new project opportunities with current and potential customers.
• Gather market intelligence and new project information proactively.
• Promote breaded seafood products such as tempura, fried shrimp, and related items.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships (80–90%).
• Manage approximately 25 B2B customer accounts.
• Regularly follow up on sales and projects via Zalo, phone calls, and customer visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
