Sales Support Executive/ Internal Sales

We are looking for a proactive and flexible Internal Sales / Back Office Support professional who enjoys taking responsibility and being the daily lifeline for our customers. In this role, you handle administrative sales tasks, communicate with international customers (mainly Asia, Middle East, and Pacific region), and coordinate solutions together with other departments. As we are a starting- up company, adaptability and a hands- on mentality are essential.

Sales Administration & Customer Support
• Provide first- line technical support and direct customers to the correct departments when needed.
• Actively follow up quotations by phone and email.
• Serve as a reliable, friendly point of contact—a true daily lifeline for customers.
• Handle order processing from A to Z, including sending order confirmations and ensuring correct documentation.
• Maintain daily contact with customers, answering questions, giving updates, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Prepare and send quotations for customers
Internal Coordination
• Follow internal procedures and ensure all customer- related information is recorded accurately.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal follow- ups.
• Work closely with production, logistics, and technical teams to find solutions for customer requests.
General Responsibilities
• Support continuous improvement in the sales process as the company grows.
• Be flexible and ready to assist where needed in a dynamic startup environment.
• Ensure fast, professional responses and excellent service quality.
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written), as this is the main communication language.
• Comfortable with frequent international communication via email, phone, and online platforms.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast- paced environment.
• Strong administrative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic technical understanding to provide first- line technical support (training will be provided).
• Strong problem- solving skills and ability to coordinate with different departments.
• Customer- oriented mindset with a calm, solution- focused approach.
