Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales Performance

Coach the team on sales consultation, follow- up, and upselling techniques.
Handle high- value or complex customer orders when needed.
Drive revenue growth from inbound channels (website, chat, hotline, social).
Monitor and improve Draft → Confirm conversion rate.

Team Management

Allocate workload effectively among CS / Sales agents.
Lead daily inbound sales & customer service operations.
Monitor team KPIs such as:
Response time
Conversion rate
Revenue per agent
Analyze lost orders and implement improvement actions.
Order accuracy

Customer Experience

Improve consultation quality across all channels.
Standardize consultation scripts for flower products and gifting needs.
Handle escalated customer issues when necessary.

Sales & Operations Coordination

Coordinate with Florist, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor order flow from confirmation to delivery.
Support peak season campaigns (Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, holidays).

Qualifications

Fluent in English communication
3+ years experience in Sales, Customer Service, or E- commerce.
Experience in E- commerce, retail, or gifting industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of sales funnel and conversion improvement.
At least 1 year experience leading a team.
Strong coaching, communication, and problem- solving skills.
