SALES TRAINING EXECUTIVE

Training Delivery
Ensure consistent understanding of all products and project information across the sales force.
Conduct training sessions for Sales teams (ASM, SS, PG/PC, Distributor Sales).
Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
Develop training materials based on project documents: product knowledge, selling points, communication messages, and sales guidelines.
Business & Market Support
Accompany Sales team meets key distributors to introduce new products and explain technical/product information when needed.
Participate in kick- off events, distributor meetings, internal meetings, and act as MC for related project events if required.
Support the execution of POSM, display guidelines, and other market activities.
Reporting & Coordination
Work closely with Marketing, Trade, Sales, and QA to ensure the latest product information and training content are well aligned.
Provide training progress reports, effectiveness assessments, and propose additional support during each project phase.
Working conditions:
Working hour: 08:30- 18:00 (Monday- Friday).
Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong presentation and communication skills; confident, professional speaking style.
Willing to travel for market visits when required.
Experienced in delivering training to medium–large groups with high engagement.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Sales Trainer, Field Trainer, Trade Trainer, or similar roles (preferably in FMCG/Baby/Personal Care).
A good understanding of Sales & Trade operations is an advantage.
