Sample Manager

Review the delivered sample package (worksheet, pattern, fabric, trim, ...)
Allocate the style to sewers, considering the capacity and strength points in sewing & styles.
Solve technical challenges related to pattern making, cutting, and construction to ensure the best sample output.
Work with designers to clarify ideas/construction before input sample.
Control and push the overall schedule.
Review the finished output and report- specification/ construction/ quality issue before sending out to buyer.
Train sewer how to sew, sample quality eye level.
Check out any call out during sewing and report if any.

Reading pattern paper or can use pattern software
Having experience working with RND team and sewing team is a plus.
Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal).
Around 5- 10 years in garments industry (TD experience is preferred, QA, pattern maker or Sampler can consider
Bachelor’s degree or above in fashion/textile/clothes major in university.
