SAMPLE ROOM MANAGER

Lead and manage the Sample department in developing women’s fashion products, especially blazers, suits, and formal wear.Review and analyze samples, patterns, and specifications to ensure production feasibility and quality standards.Work closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to translate design concepts into bulk production.Supervise fitting sessions, provide technical comments, and ensure accurate garment construction.Handle fabric consumption, cost optimization, and solve technical issues during production.Ensure compliance with quality standards and customers’ requirements.Provide training, guidance, and technical support to team members.Liaise with international buyers and vendors – communicate effectively in English

Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Fashion, or related fields.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Good leadership and problem- solving skills.
Experience in working with international fashion brands is a plus
Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and sewing techniques.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at garment sample department, preferably in blazers and women’s fashion.
