Participate in Roll- out projects under the Customer Success (CS) Center.
Perform key tasks such as warranty support (handling requests arising after the Go- live phase), maintenance, and change requests.
Attend meetings with clients and take meeting minutes.
Monitor and manage overall tickets.
Prepare periodic reports for support projects.

English proficiency: TOEIC 650 (4 skills) / IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certifications.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Having studied and practiced ERP/SAP in university is a plus.
Strong motivation to learn, with a clear career goal.
Good communication skills, confidence, enthusiasm, quick learning ability, and high work intensity tolerance.
High standard of professional working attitude.
Preferably 4th- year students available for full- time work. Majoring in Management Information Systems, E- commerce, Accounting – Auditing, or Industrial Management , Languages,…
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Able to work under high pressure.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
