POSITION OVERVIEW:
Citek is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic SAP Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling SAP S/4HANA solutions to businesses across Vietnam. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long- lasting relationships with clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities within various sectors.
Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and pain points, ensuring our SAP S/4HANA solutions meet their business requirements.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present compelling business proposals and detailed quotations tailored to the client’s specific needs and expectations.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Regularly update management on sales progress, forecasts, and potential obstacles.
Networking and Events:
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance product visibility and represent Citek as a trusted partner in the SAP ecosystem.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical team to understand product offerings and ensure seamless implementation of the solutions sold.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of our offerings.

REQUIREMENT
Self- Motivated: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive approach to drive results.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in software solutions, with a proven track record in selling software project, preferably ERP systems or SAP S/4HANA.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP solutions, particularly SAP S/4HANA functionalities and benefits.
