Responsibilities:
• Problem- Solving: Provide post- go- live support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user inquiries promptly.
• Business Process Analysis: Assist senior consultants in gathering and documenting client business requirements to align them with SAP functionalities.
• End- User Training: Assist in preparing and delivering training materials to empower client end- users to effectively utilize the new SAP system.
• SAP Implementation Support: Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from the initial planning phase to post- go- live support.
• System Configuration & Testing: Learn to configure the SAP system according to project specifications and support various testing cycles, including unit testing and user acceptance testing.
• Data Migration: Help with data preparation and validation to ensure a smooth and accurate transition of client data to the new SAP system.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, such as business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Qualifications:
We are hiring for both fresher and intern positions.
• For Freshers:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other relevant business fields.
Mandatory: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and critical thinking skills.
A proactive, fast- learning mindset with a strong desire to build a long- term career in SAP consulting.
• For Interns:
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Available to work full- time (40 hours/week).
