Responsibilities:
Sales Manager — Key Responsibilities:
Manage high- level client relationships and oversee complex sales negotiations and contract agreements.
Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, expanding the market share of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud solutions.
Engage directly with senior client executives, negotiating large- scale deals and strategic partnerships.
Lead and develop the sales team’s overall strategy, goals, and execution plans for SAP S/4HANA, SAP public cloud solutions.
Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Drive key account development, converting high- potential prospects into long- term strategic clients.
Mentor and support Sales Executives and other team members to improve skills and performance.
Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing, and SAP partners to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements:
Self- motivated, strategic thinker, with high professionalism and adaptability.
Fluency in English is preferred.
Experience: Sales Manager: 8+ years of sales solution experience, 2+ years leading enterprise sales teams, ideally in SAP or ERP/Software solutions.
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution selling frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C- level executives.
