- Bachelor’s degree, prefer in foreign trade, supply chain, logistics.- Strong analytical, organizational, English verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented.- High degree of commitment, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.- Ability to work well in a team environment, facilitate meetings and influence others.- Ability to work well under pressure, while recognizing and addressing systemic issues.- Strong problem- solving and decision- making skills.- Self- motivated, results driven individual with a proven track record of process implementation.- Good office computer skill (MS office, website)
