Scrum Master

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices across one or multiple development teams.This role goes beyond facilitating Scrum events — the Senior Scrum Master acts as an Agile coach, changeagent,and servant leader,driving continuous improvement at both team and organizational levels.The ideal candidate has strong experience in scaling Agile, coaching maturity, and resolving systemic impediments,while maintaining hands- on involvement with delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, manage, and help remove team- level and organizational impediments.
Facilitate and continuously improve all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
Drive continuous improvement using data- driven Agile metrics (velocity trends, cycle time, predictability).
Support cross- team coordination and dependency management in multi- team environments.
Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling teams to become highly self- organized and accountable.
Foster transparency, collaboration, and Agile mindset across teams and stakeholders.
Mentor and support Junior/Middle Scrum Masters when applicable.
Coach Product Owners and teams on effective backlog management, Sprint Goals,and refinement practices.

Experience working with cross- functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product). Strong problem- solving and systems- thinking mindset.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
Proven ability to coach teams beyondbasic Scrumpractices. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict- resolution skills.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English in a technical context.
Strong hands- on experience with Scrum; solid understanding of Kanban and Agile principles.
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

Nice to Have

Agile coaching or leadership- related certifications.
Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
Scrum certifications: PSM II/III, CSM, or equivalent.
Background in product- based companies, fintech, or high- traffic systems.
Experience coaching multiple teams or working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
