Scrum Master (English required)

Qualifications
Required
Strong problem- solving and conflict- resolution skills
Familiar with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team
Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments
Experience working with cross- functional development teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Key Responsibilities
3–5+ years of relevant experience (adjust based on level)
Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand- up, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Work closely with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog
Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Technical & Professional Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes and support cross- functional teams in delivering high- quality products. The Scrum Master will ensure the team follows Scrum principles, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Preferred
Remove obstacles that impact team productivity
Experience in software development environment
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
