Scrum Master (Sign-On Bonus)

Manage the scope, timeline, and release planning for each project.
Identify, address, and remove obstacles or conflicts that may impede progress.
Ensure that deliverables meet high- quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Mentor development teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and Agile proficiency.
Help the Product Owner and Development Team to drive customer satisfaction by delivering valuable solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and Development Team, ensuring clear communication and fostering effective collaboration.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and define the product roadmap.
Cultivate a productive and positive team environment where members take ownership of their work and derive satisfaction from their contributions.
Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand- ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demo meetings, in partnership with Project Leads.
Provide coaching and guidance on Agile frameworks to team members and stakeholders.
Assist teams in implementing changes and process improvements effectively.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and workflows.
Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including the definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement.
Familiarity with software development processes for Web and Mobile applications.
Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively in English
Experience in engaging with customers to understand requirements and constructively evaluate their feasibility.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in software project management.
Capability to work collaboratively with and lead a team effectively.
Expertise in using Jira and other tracking tools to effectively manage sprint development.
Proven problem- solving and conflict- resolution abilities, with the capacity to analyze and resolve issues quickly.
Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills.
Proficiency in applying the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
Self- motivation and focus, even in dynamic or distracting environments.
