Make domestic and foreign travel arrangements; prepare itineraries; prepare and compile travel vouchers, maintain all travel records of General Manager.
Update the General Manager on the status of issues before scheduling meetings.
Accurately and clearly relay the General Manager’s instructions and communications to the relevant Executive Committee, Heads of Department to ensure proper implementation. Subsequently, monitor progress, ensure timely execution, and report outcomes back to the General Manager.
Initiate and respond to written and verbal correspondence on behalf of General Manager
Takes full responsibility for executing all administrative and secretarial functions of the Executive Office with flexibility, discretion, and a consistently high level of professionalism and competence.
Study reports received, check and compare with previous reports or other data, and bring to the attention
Coordinate meetings and activities with other departments and outside agencies, prepare materials and make arrangements for meetings as required.
Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports; make assessment of the importance of materials and organize documents; handle some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials to the Executives and Associates.
Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; take minutes and keep records of proceedings as required.
Coordinate Business Development activities for General Manager.
Maintain and manage the diary of the General Manager, including the arranging and scheduling of meetings and appointments.
Answer telephone and personally provide requested information in accordance with general instructions, or refer calls to appropriate Associates.
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, according to established guidelines, or on the basis of personal knowledge of the subject matter.
Yêu cầu công việc
High proficiency in English and Vietnamese (spoken & written).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
Integrity, discretion, and professionalism are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar administrative roles in hospitality.
Strong organizational and time- management abilities.
