Pre- Opening Phase
Establish security policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with corporate standards and Vietnamese regulations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for a 16.7- hectare resort, covering access control, patrol operations, perimeter security, asset protection, and intrusion prevention.
Collaborate closely with Project, Engineering, and IT teams to:
Design, review, and commission CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Firefighting (PCCC), and security lighting systems.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with local police, fire authorities, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders.
Develop and implement Emergency Response Plans for fire, natural disasters, power failures, accidents, security threats, and safety- related crises.
Ensure all security and safety requirements are fully integrated during construction and handover stages.
Recruit, train, and build the Security Team from the ground up, including staffing structure, shift scheduling, responsibilities, and service- oriented conduct.
Operational Phase
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese laws, fire and life safety regulations, occupational health & safety requirements, and corporate audits.
Ensure safety and security for VIP guests, events, conferences, and recreational activities.
Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and system evaluations, recommending continuous improvements.
Oversee and manage daily security and safety operations throughout the resort.
Investigate, document, and report incidents involving loss, accidents, or violations of resort policies.
Manage departmental budgets, operational costs, and contracts with external security service providers (if applicable).
Work closely with other departments such as Front Office, Engineering, HR, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Qualifications & Experience
Strong preference for candidates with pre- opening hotel/resort experience.
College or University degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Law, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
At least 2–3 years in a managerial role within luxury hotels, resorts, or large- scale complexes.
Solid knowledge of CCTV systems, Access Control, Fire & Life Safety, and hospitality security procedures.
Skills & Competencies
Effective communication and coordination with internal departments and external authorities.
Proven ability to plan, build, and operate a security system from scratch.
Excellent crisis management, decision- making, and problem- solving skills.
Strong leadership, team- building, and training capabilities.
Strong reporting, documentation, and risk assessment skills.
Language & Technology
Proficient in spoken and written English for daily operations and corporate reporting.
Computer literate; experience with security management systems is an advantage.
